About Science Sparks
Hello! My name is Dr. Snehal Ghayal. I am a scientist, educator, and parent, with a background in life sciences and science education.
I created Science Sparks to give young children a positive, confidence-building introduction to science—one that feels playful, approachable, and rooted in curiosity rather than pressure or performance.
Science Sparks is a child-centered science workshop series designed to introduce young children to the joy of scientific thinking.
Each workshop focuses on:
Hands-on exploration
Simple, visual explanations
Curiosity over complexity
Children are encouraged to observe, ask questions, create, and express ideas in a warm and supportive environment.
